SHE Engineer (Kỹ Sư An Toàn, Sức Khỏe & Môi Trường)

General To be in charge of Safety, Health, Environment (SHE) co-ordination:
• Maintain & continuous improvement of SHE system.
• Coordinate with managers and supervisors in handling SHE responsibilities, hazard.
• Creating the instructions, forms to support concerned work done once requested.
• Inspect the workplace regularly with participation of representative of concerned departments.
• Investigate causes of accidents/incidents and recommend actions to prevent risk of occurrence.
• Train & oversee the subcontractor to be complied with requirements of SHE system applied at Sonion Vietnam.
• Conduct awareness training course of SHE for newcomers, refreshment training of that for all employees regularly.
• Work with external agencies to implement the issues related to SHE.
• Other requirements where required

1. Education: Technical university, Technical college.
2. Professional knowledge: Electrical/ Mechanical engineer/ Environmental engineering/ Occupational Health & Safety.
3. Knowledge of computer servicing: Microsoft Office, Autocad.
4. Knowledge of foreign languages: Good in writing, reading & speaking of English.
5. Professional experiences:
• Ready to work overtime where requested
• Well understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 management systems.
• Well understanding of SHE system.
• Capability to deal with external organizations.
• For candidate graduated from Technical college, he/she must have three-year working experience as a minimum.
