-  Conduct in-depth research on the internal business environment and market trends to develop new products or innovative business models.
-  Launch new products and refine them based on customer feedback.
-  Closely monitor marketing activities to improve product launching.
-  Collaborate across departments to maximize operational efficiency and profit margins.
- Working time: 44 hours/week.

-  Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
-  Language: Proficient in English.
-  At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
-  Successfully launched at least two products (educational product preferred), with at least one achieving positive growth.
-  Extensive knowledge of market research and product marketing.
