Product Quality Analyst

Build and manage a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) to track all customer product quality feedback.
Analyze customer feedback data regularly and on-demand (periodically and ad-hoc) to identify trends and generate actionable insights for product quality improvement.
Improve and maintain product quality dashboards to provide the Product team with real-time visibility into product quality performance.
Collaborate closely with engineering to stay abreast of product updates, features, and releases.
Craft clear and informative internal newsletters to keep employees informed about product improvements and new features.
Empower Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams by providing them with the necessary product information and materials to effectively communicate engineering changes to external users.

Experienced in data-related work.
Knowledge in electric vehicles, or automotive industry preferred.
Bias for action; self-starter approach to challenging the status quo.
Critical thinking and good problem solving skills.
Strong written communication.
Good at breaking down complex concepts into simple content.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Detail-oriented.
A results-oriented approach.
Ability to work autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities.
Hi-tech industry experience is a plus.
