Quality Assurance Supervisor (IPQC)

Bike Registration and Certification: Ensure all bikes are registered and certified as per regulations. Manage the documentation and compliance process.
IPQC Battery/Circuits and Vehicle Assembly: Oversee in-process quality control for battery/circuits and vehicle assembly. Ensure that production processes meet quality standards throughout the manufacturing stages.
IFQC Battery/Circuits and Vehicle: Conduct final quality control for batteries, circuits, and vehicles. Ensure products meet all quality requirements before shipment.
Process Audits: Conduct Quality Process Audits for batteries, circuits, and vehicles. Ensure all the processes are up to Standard and No loops in the Process.
Rejection handling: record/analysis and handling the corrective action and preventive action management, co-operate with SQC lead to investigate materials/parts defects on production line
Customer feedback handling: work closely with PD team to handling all customer feedback, then doing chain the meeting with all involved Departments to investigate the root cause for improvement action as well as the preventive action.
Continuously Improvements through SPC, Optimization of Process parameters, Kaizen, Quality Circle, functioning of SGA, Implementation of Poka-Yoke, FMEA, 8D Analysis, 7 QC Tools.
Block control: materials/products and NC management must be strictly controled as NC SOP.
Daily Works:
Registration Management: Handle bike registration and certification tasks. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
IPQC Oversight: Monitor in-process quality checks for batteries, circuits, and vehicle assembly. Document any issues and ensure adherence to quality standards.
FQC Supervision: Conduct final quality checks and inspections. Ensure that all products meet the required specifications before release.
CQA:  Receiving customers feedback from sales, PD, CS and arrange the meeting with all Department heads to investigate the root cause and issuing CAPA.
Rejecting handling: follow and record/report all rejects on production lines.
Daily Reports:
Registration and Certification Report: Status of bike registrations and certifications, including any issues or delays.
IPQC Report: Results of in-process quality checks for batteries, circuits, and vehicles. Include details on any deviations and corrective actions.
FQC Report: Final quality control results for batteries, circuits, and vehicles. Summarize any issues found and actions taken.
CQA report: issue report to QA managers.
Rejecting handling report: Details all daily rejects and the solution report, action plan accordingly.

Bachelor's degree Machenical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing quality management roles, preferably in the automotive industry or related in industry.
Knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools(FMEA, SPC, CAPA, PDCA, 8D Analysis, 7 QC Tools, TQM, Keizen...
Proven experience in leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Good at English.
