Operations Executive

Manage and deliver SIM/ESIM orders from all sales channels
Follow up order status and work with customers, related departments and logistics partners to resolve any order issues.
Operate internal systems and ensure users can use stable
Execute tasks assigned by direct manager

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, logistics, or business administration
Familiar with order management, or other systems like this is a plus
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work in shifts
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
