Travel Sales Intern

Assist the Tailor-Made Experts in updating booking details in the system, including: Data entry & final itinerary checks
Ensure that all booking elements are confirmed with the Reservations/Operations team.
Work closely with the Tailor-Made Experts with key stakeholders in-destination and within region.
Assist with adhoc/group inquiries by checking hotel availability and securing booking confirmation.
Facilitate and follow up on internal communication between the internal departments, third party suppliers, and the Tailor-Made Experts as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Generate booking confirmations and necessary documentation as required during the booking process.

Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation systems (preferred but not required)
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Adaptable and able to work with changing priorities.
Humble, enthusiastic, supportive, detailed;
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word
