QC Manual

We are looking for a Manual QC Tester with a strong focus on database testing to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and performance of our database-driven applications. You will be responsible for validating data consistency, running test queries, and ensuring the overall quality of our database systems.
Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for database validation.
Perform database testing to ensure data integrity, correctness, and compliance with business rules.
Write and execute SQL queries to validate data accuracy.
Work closely with developers and database engineers to identify and resolve database-related issues.
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing for database-related functionalities.
Identify, document, and track defects using a bug tracking system.
Ensure test coverage for ETL processes, data migrations, and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve database performance and reliability.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in QC manual testing, especially in database testing.
Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries for data validation.
Experience with database management systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
Familiarity with ETL testing, data migration, and data quality assurance.
Knowledge of testing methodologies and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
Understanding of API testing is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured and organized manner.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers, DBAs, and product teams.
