Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process, expanding talent pools and delivering a high standard service that fulfill talent needs at all business units across the country.
Consult, advise, and guide the team on recruitment process, procedures, and policies to ensure smooth and proper implementation.
Actively looking for candidate in various channels: referral, social networking, etc.
Managing recruitment process: post job, screen resumes, schedule interviews, input database, evaluate candidates, generate offer letter.
Managing candidates database, writing analysis report on recruitment for the administration needs
Build relationships with potential recruiting channels; manage relationships and contracts with the various recruitment channels.
Complete reports and other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.

2 years of recruitment experience in IT or Non IT field ( Sales B2B recruitment)
Pro-active, result oriented
Good computer skills (MS Office).
The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
