Client service & planning
Take project briefs from clients.
Work in collaboration with internal teams like Creative, Account, Operation, and with external partners/suppliers.
Work with BOM, BOD to develop the strategies, ideas, and execution plans for the projects.
Present & sell ideas to clients.
Staff development
Assign and manage workload of subordinate staff to ensure the project timeline.
Ensure project quality as of clientʼs expectation.
Provide assistance and training to subordinate staff for their career development.

Enthusiasm for event/activation
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Good presentation skill
Competence in Microsoft Powerpoint, Apple Keynote, Google Slides, or any equivalent presentation software
Capability in client servicing, project planning and execution. Any experience is preferred.
Capability in group leading.
Carefulness, attention to details.
Being ambitious, with the ability to withstand work pressure.
