Publisher Engagement (Online Advertising,SSP)

Job Description:
Develop comprehensive knowledge of Geniee’s mobile advertising ecosystem and effectively communicate these solutions to potential app publisher partners
Understand mobile SDK implementation, ad formats specific to mobile environments, and app monetization best practices
Identify and acquire new mobile app publishers through strategic outreach, networking, and consultative sales approaches
Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while building a sustainable pipeline of mobile app publisher opportunities
Stay ahead of mobile advertising trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to position our solutions effectively
Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to publishers for optimizing ad placement, formats, and overall monetization strategy

Job requirements:
Must have
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Data-driven approach to problem-solving and performance optimization
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
Vietnamese/Permanent residents ONLY
Nice to have
Experience working with mobile app developers and publishers
Experience in mobile advertising ecosystem (ad formats, bidding mechanisms, SDK integration) is a plus
Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
