Sales Specialist/Employee

Transactions with domestic and foreign customers; Consulting and answering all of customers and partners’ questions related to the Company's business and sales activities, promptly reflecting customer complaints to relevant responsible units;
Search for domestic and foreign customers to consult and sell the Company's products.
Customer care; build relationships with customers; build customer data profiles;
Prepare sales contracts and production reports; Monitor and urge production to meet order schedule;
Search for new customers, expand consumer markets;
Ensure assigned goals, performance and targets;
Prioritize offering and developing the Company’s advantageous products;
Search and develop new items in accordance with market trends and factory conditions;
Update knowledge about Agricultural Products, Food, Food Safety and Hygiene, and industry regulations to serve your work;
Store and secure documents and records according to regulations;
Report sales to the Sales Manager periodically or upon request;
Perform & report other tasks as assigned by the Head of Sales/Deputy General Director in charge;
Provided assets & operating funds;
Responsibility for preserving the Company’s assets & brand;
Perform other tasks as requested by the Head of Sales/Deputy General Director in charge.

Graduated from College or higher in related major.
Understanding of Agricultural and Seafood products.
Quick-witted to the market, understanding customer psychology and needs.
Experienced in business and marketing;
Is able to persuade customers, analyze and be astute to market opportunities;
Has good communication skills;
Is able to work at high intensity and withstand good pressure;
Is able to plan and control work progress.
