The team caters to various industries, including Healthcare, Industrial Manufacturing, Finance & Insurance, Retail & Consumer Services, providing tailored digital transformation solutions. DXG’s service offerings are grouped into three key programs: Cloud & Data, HyperAutomation, and Global Partnership.
Job Overview• We are seeking an exceptional Center of Excellence (CoE) Leader to oversee and drive the growth of our Digital Transformation Department (DXG) globally. This strategic executive role will lead multiple teams, including Solution Governance, Practice Managers, and Portfolio Management, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge solutions to our clients while aligning our offerings with market demands and organizational goals acrossregions.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership• Define and execute the overall strategy for the CoE, aligning with broader organizational• objectives and market trends• Drive innovation across all teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and• adoption of emerging technologies
Technology Strategy and Vision• Define and implement the long-term technology strategy for the organization• Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the business• Lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization
Team Management and Development• Lead and mentor diverse teams, including Solution Governance, Practice Managers, and• Portfolio Management specialists• Ensure high-performance standards across all teams, promoting collaboration and• knowledge sharing
Business Growth and Client Relations• Oversee complex, high-value proposals and negotiations with key global clients• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology providers and industry leaders• Drive the expansion of our client base and increase the CoE’s footprint globally
Service Development and Innovation• Guide the development of innovative solutions across all practices, ensuring alignment• between customer needs, market trends, and organizational capabilities• Oversee the creation and implementation of new services, from concept to market launch• Collaborate with Practice Leaders and Portfolio Management to ensure a balanced and• competitive service portfolio
Governance and Risk Management• Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks across all CoE activities• Oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies for major engagements and initiatives
Portfolio Optimization• Work closely with the Portfolio Management Specialist to ensure a cohesive and strategic• approach to service offerings• Drive decisions on service lifecycle management, including the introduction of new• services and retirement of outdated offerings
Performance Management• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the CoE and its various teams• Provide regular reports and insights to C-level executives on CoE performance and• strategic initiatives

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred• 15+ years of experience in IT Software and services, with at least 10 years in a senior• leadership role overseeing multiple regions or global teams• Previous experience as a Chief Technology Officer or similar executive technology• leadership role• Proven track record of driving global business growth and managing high-performing,• diverse teams across different regions• Extensive knowledge of digital technologies, including Cloud, Data, Enterprise AI,• Automation, APIs, Micro-Services, and Mobility• Strong background in leading global customer-facing engagements and managing• executive-level relationships• Fluency in English and preferably one or more additional languages
