Responsibilities• Perform cloud system operation tasks at levels L1, L2, and L3.• Configure servers, proactively research and improve system performance as needed.• Carry out other assigned tasks as required.

Basic Qualifications• Ability to operate and build server and network systems, along with at least one of the following experiences:• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and experience in managing server and network infrastructure.• Experience in cloud-based service management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.• JP N2+
Nice to have:• Experience in operating ITMS.• Cloud service certifications
