Talent Aquisition Intern

Support the recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews, and managing the talent database.
Support the Employer Branding process: create multimedia content and design communication materials to showcase the culture, work environment, core values, and candidate experience at Vinmec.
Participate in Employer Branding projects: such as "Great Place to Work," "Best Companies to Work for in Asia," and other recruitment events.
Collaborate with the HR departments of Vinmec facilities nationwide to assist in the recruitment and Employer Branding process.
Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

No experience required.
Third- or final-year students from universities (FTU, NEU, VNU, RMIT, BUV, etc.), majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Ability to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months.
Proficient in English and skilled in design (familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Highly responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
