Senior QA/QC Automation

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead the design and implementation of automated testing strategies, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance with a focus on automation, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to enhance product quality.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
Create and manage automation scripts using various test tools and languages.
Write, execute, and manage automated test cases.
Work closely with development teams to understand requirements and translate them into test automation strategies.
Participate in regular scrum and sprint planning meetings.
Identify test automation opportunities and help drive improvements in the testing process.
Continuously improve the robustness and efficiency of test suites.
Review and analyze software requirements and specifications to identify any potential quality issues
Maintain strong communication across teams & departments to develop needs analysis, requirements, and operational planning.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in QA testing
Provide regular reports and updates on testing status and implement ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall QA efficiency and effectiveness

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in QA automation.
Experience in using automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.).
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in a waterfall development strategy, as well as Agile/Scrum methodology
Proficient level of English (TOEIC, IELTS certificates)
