Senior Manual Tester (Fluent In English)

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on software functionality.
Perform regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide input on project progress and quality metrics.
Mentor and guide junior QA team members.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in software quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
