Marketing Manager (Industrial Real Estate)

Lead the branding initiatives for CNCTech Industrial properties, ensuring consistency and strong market positioning.
Oversee the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and trends in the industrial real estate sector.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial real estate sector.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
