Marketing Specialist

Content Creation:
Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with VertZéro’s brand and marketing goals.
Write, edit, and publish high-quality content, including blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers, and newsletters, focusing on ESG regulations, carbon accounting, and sustainability trends.
Stay updated on global ESG regulations and carbon accounting standards to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce content that simplifies complex regulatory information for diverse audiences.
Optimize content for SEO and manage its distribution across various platforms (e.g., website, social media, email campaigns).
Event Coordination:
Plan, organize, and manage events in Vietnam and globally, including conferences, workshops, and webinars related to ESG and carbon accounting.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
Develop event marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
Manage event budgets, logistics, and schedules to ensure successful outcomes.
Represent VertZéro at events, engaging with stakeholders and showcasing our expertise.
Analyze event performance and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Sustainability, or a related field.
Experience in content creation, marketing, or communications, with experience in ESG, sustainability, or carbon accounting topics preferred.
Experience in planning and coordinating events, including international events, is highly desirable.
Strong ability to independently explore and analyze new topics, trends, and regulations related to ESG and carbon accounting.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex information into engaging content.
Excellent organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple event-related tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of SEO, CMS, and marketing automation tools.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
