IT Project Manager (Tiếng Anh/Tiếng Nhật)

Led project teams developing world-class software within the RPA, OCR, AI technology.
Manage software development projects including but not limited to project planning, project budgeting, resource management, risk management, quality management.
Co-ordinate with Resource manager, sales, onshore and client for resource staffing request.
Co-ordinate with other project parties such as clients, QA, QC, etc. to make sure that the projects meet clients’ requirements & satisfaction.
Manage project budget via quotation and monthly timesheet
Organize a united team where all team members can communicate & contribute on assigned activities.
Produce activity reports for all operations of the team (monthly, weekly & ad-hoc).
Approve leave requests for all project’s subordinates.
Bid support including but not limited to gathering requirement, providing estimation and planning

2+ years of work experience in a software development environment
In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle
Experience of managing fixed price project
Proactive, "Can do" attitude
Fluent in English or Japanese (N2)
PMP Certification is highly prefered
Interpersonal skills, able to work independently
