CRM Consultant

Operate and optimize the CRM system to serve banking/insurance customers.
Support the implementation of AI-driven personalized marketing campaigns.
Analyze customer data, develop customer segmentation, and propose engagement strategies.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to enhance customer experience.
Suggest process improvements, track performance, and provide business insights.
Integrate CRM with Core Banking, Insurance Systems, and Customer Service Platforms (Call Center, Chatbot).

At least 2 years of experience in CRM within the banking or insurance industry.
Strong understanding of customer management and engagement processes in financial services.
Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP CRM, or in-house CRM systems.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Power BI for customer data analysis.
Experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or SMS marketing is a plus.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
