We are looking for people who can independently contribute to our team mission – shipping level 4/5autonomous vehicles.
Develop motion control software and algorithms for high-speed autonomous cars.
Design, implement, and test existing motion control algorithms for high-speed autonomous cars with the autopilot team.
Optimize controller parameters during the entire vehicle development process
Research and develop novel algorithms for high-speed autonomous vehicles.
Integrate the developed control strategies into the vehicle software system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and system engineers, to ensure successful integration of controller components into the Vehicle Motion Control system.

Experience programming C/C++ software, including modern C/C++ (C++14/17/20), andPython is a plus.• Hands-on experience with Linux is a plus• Experience with optimization techniques is preferred• Experience with model predictive control (MPC) design or finetuning is a big plus(including working experience and related publications, and conference papers).
