Check DWS for each store in each department: Food, Non-Food, HBC & Household Goods.
Provide guidance on work and career development for employees.
Support the opening of new stores: edit and update training materials, organize training sessions, create task lists, etc.
Monitor the attendance and dress code of Team Leaders and supermarket staff.
Identify key products by month and adjust key products according to seasons. Develop weekly sales plans (52 weeks).
Analyze actual sales performance and propose solutions for all stores.
Listen to store employees, identify issues, propose solutions, and report to superiors.
Gather customer feedback, propose solutions, and report to superiors.
Manage inventory, product categorization, and planograms (POG) for Food, Non-Food, HBC & Household Goods.

College graduate.
At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the Food, Non-Food, HBC & HL industry or an equivalent field.
Communication skills and English proficiency are an advantage.
Ability to conduct training sessions and motivate employees.
Detail-oriented, careful, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willing to work in shifts and on holidays.
