Planning schedule to organization of skill test of Foodline 1 (Perishable, Grocery)
Building standard about skill test for operation.
Check & measure the content of skill test follow the plan MD and actual situation.
Evaluate the effective of skill test
Certify skill trainer for store staff.
Skill contest
Organize the yearly skill test, contest to standard technical skill of staffs.
Standardize & update test content - organization.
Training and development
Check and improve operation skill.
Training retail trainee follow plan of Academy & assign by Deputy Manager.
Standard & update the operation training content of Foodline 1.
Yearly re-training skill for all department staffs.
Support for opening new GMS, SSM
Modify and build the technical training document suitable for each business unit.
Organize training the technical skills for new staff by in class & On the job training.
Do projects
Doing and follow the project to improve Productivities - Operarion - Knowledge related Foodline 1.
Co.operate with Store Operation team & related department to do all activities/projects
Other tasks or responsibilities as assign by store operation Deputy Manager.

College degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects.
Over 3 years experience in retail market.
Ready to business travel
Abilities to use computer, office programs and database.
Good communication skill (both verbal & written).
Good command of spoken and written English.
Operation knowledge and training skill
Time-management and team work skills.
