Learn about the deployment process and follow the deployment procedures.
Study specialized POS devices used in retail and restaurant sectors.
Implement and train customers to use the software according to the process.
Learn about the equipment installation process at customer locations.
Provide customer support online or in person for software and equipment issues during assigned shifts.
Be responsible for the progress and quality of assigned tasks.
Visit restaurants and partners to deploy the company's hardware and software.

Graduated or final-year student majoring in IT, Information Systems, Accounting, or related fields.
Knowledge of accounting and finance.
Hands-on experience in database management systems like MS SQL Server, Win Server, Web ASP.Net.. is a plus
Understanding ERP systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of networking to set up routers, configure network parameters, and VPNs.
Ability to present and train customers.
Ability to work independently and in a team
Self-learning ability and creativity at work.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Fluent in English (must have), other languages is a plus (Japanese, Chinese, ...)
