Japanese Native Mentor

Participate in the oral interpretation practice sessions of the IT Comtor course.
Perform roleplays to practice oral interpretation of simulated content in IT projects with students and Vietnamese mentors.
Evaluate the results of students' oral interpretation practice, give comments and guidance to students.
Report teaching progress, assess students’ comprehension and learning outcomes, and adjust teaching methods accordingly after each session.
Participate in curriculum research and development, including lesson plans, teaching materials, and exercises.
Prepare and deliver lectures and study materials related to assigned subjects.
Participate in student placement tests and trial classes.
Working hours: 18:30 – 20:00 or 19:30 - 21:00 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Native Japanese speaker.
Ability to explain Japanese in a way that is easy for non-native speakers to understand.
Candidates with IT knowledge are preferred (project development experience is not required).
Prior experience communicating with foreigners is a plus.
Teaching experience and online classroom management skills are an advantage.
Must have a personal computer, microphone, camera, and a stable internet connection.
