Accountant - Kế Toán Viên

The position will contribute to the efficient and effective workings of the F&A department by executing daily tasks with a strong attention to detail. This role will utilize strong accounting knowledge, time management skills and effective problem solving to ensure success. Managing financial account of sales, receivable, invoicing, expense, payable; Managing monthly/ quarterly VAT reports.
- Corporate with related departments, receive accounting documents, Issues invoice weekly/ monthly.
- Daily check & update bank account
- Verify and reconcile monthly TB: AR, AP, staff advance, others....
- Check and prepare weekly payment timely and accurately
- Check timely and accurate actual cost and budget when receive & check payments
- Booking accounting entries into system on basic of daily, weekly & month end closing
- Prepare quarterly/ yearly tax reports.
- Support to prepare financial statements in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards.
- Monthly filling hard copies of Team’s documents
- Do other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

- University Degree in Accounting/Auditing/Finance.
- 0-1 year of experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and work well under pressure.
