Quality Engineer'S Assistant-Good English

Coordinate with QE manager for daily specific task.
Make PPS report after product signed off and upload in the system.
Making product pre-sign off review recap and following up with factories on sample revision.
Updates weekly report regarding accomplishment and pendings
Follow and monitor timeline as to which product ready to be sign
Facilitate handoff process among other teams to have a smoothly transactions.
Support QE Manager in making Engineer Change Notification sending to factories, follow up on re-signing off PPS samples and cooperate with factory + QC team to execute the change in mass production
Upload and store all reports/ documents on system
Updating product specifications per requirements from US team

Good English (4 skills)
Proficiency in Microsoft suites,
Be able to work independently and interdependently
Travelling frequently
