Sales Operation Tiếng Nhật

Responsibilities:Manage sales documentation required for all commercial transactions. Be a contact point from Sales team to work with other teams in the company relating to legal and finance and others matter for all sales transaction. Manage master data and collaborate with Sales on tracking opportunity data to prepare and deliver the forecast report accurately up to date.Provide sales support and identify key materials to support Sales. Provide the assistant to product owner and R&D activities on product development.Provide support on logistics for Sales visit and other activities. Another tasks may assigned.

2. Skills & Experiences:
At least 1 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or order administrative role within the IT or a related field
Experience in sales process and tools.
Experience in leading change and managing projects.
Experience working with Finance team is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Can use Japanese and English for work
