In-House Production Executive (12-Month Contract)

Panasonic is seeking an In-house Production Executive (Temp) to oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality content delivery. The role involves managing resources, schedules, and budgets, while coordinating with teams to meet production goals.
- Responsible for managing the studio and optimizing production equipment and human resources to meet production targets.
- Plan production schedules, divide shooting tasks, maximize production output and human resource efficiency, and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with copywriters to prepare for production and post-production. Oversee production support by preparing and arranging the set, lights, props, and equipment, as well as coordinating with team members before and after filming. Manage crew, talents, and create a timeline of action items, deliverables, and deadlines, while overseeing the production progress.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to develop impactful content production resources and continuously explore and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure outputs align with the brand image and meet the expectations of requestors.
- Introduce fresh ideas, stay up to date with the latest video marketing trends, and incorporate concepts that align with a project’s brand initiatives, ensuring the final product reflects the intended brand image and meets competitive goals.
- Outline a budget and manage it effectively, ensuring the final product is of the highest quality within budget constraints.

1. Background & Understanding:
- At least 1 year of experience in content and film production, especially project planning and management.
- Understanding of computers and digital equipment and knowledge of new and cutting-edge technology
- Experienced in social media platforms and familiar with marketing and promotion practices
- Having experience using design software and technologies or having a degree in film, television, or related field is an advantage
2. Skills:
- Fluent in English.
- Experience working in production and have collaborative skills.
- Ability to lead actors while executing a project’s vision.
- Creative with a keen eye for detail and able to negotiate improvements.
- Excellent storytelling & communication skill.
- Be proactive in work and flexible in working hours in accordance with the development trend of social networks.
- Ability to work under high pressure and thrive in a team environment.
