JOB DESCRIPTION::
Assist in monitoring the implementation of KPIs for Departments and Divisions.
Assist in summarizing, analyzing, and evaluating KPI completion results by Month/Quarter/Year.
Conduct surveys to gather feedback from Salesforce on the KPI system & related policies to promptly provide warnings, recommendations, and consultations.
Assist in analyzing the labor productivity of Salesforce to boost performance.

Proficiency in data processing, Excel, and reporting
Preference for university graduates in Economics, Finance, or Banking
Good communication skill
