Innovate & Implement New Methods: Introduce modern teaching approaches and integrate EdTech tools.
Collaborate Across Departments: Work with Admissions & Marketing to align academic goals with student growth.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Management, or related fields.
Proven leadership experience in managing academic teams.
Experience in either international curricula or standardized test preparation.
Fluent English proficiency for academic communication.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
