UI/UX Desinger (English Fluency)

Research and Analysis:
Gather insights from users, clients, and stakeholders
Analyze data, conduct market research, and understand global user behaviors
Product Design
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups based on project requirements
Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces (UI)
Collaboration
Work closely with BAs, UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA, and Frontend Engineers in Vietnam
Collaborate with stakeholders from client teams to ensure alignment and project success
Presentation and Advocacy
Present design concepts persuasively to stakeholders, using logical and evidence-based reasoning
Ensure that designs address user needs while achieving business objectives

Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in UI design
At least 2 years of working experience in global projects
Participation in a minimum of 3 Agile projects
Skill Requirements
Fluent in English, with the ability to work with multinational teams
Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to adapt communication styles accordingly
Ability to articulate creative ideas and give designer's opinion in the decision making process
Attitude Requirements
Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
Flexibility to adapt to different time zones when required
Knowledge Requirements (Additional)
Basic understanding of Frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) is an advantage.
