Video Editor - Motion Design (Junior/Middle)

Have a good understanding of the mobile gaming market (and in particular hyper casual market)
Create performing ads on mobile format
Benchmark ads from competitors
Bring new ad ideas and canvas
Collect and track information around each creative produced
Analyze creative performances on acquisition channels (Facebook, Google Adwords...)

2 years within the industry in this role or similar
Excellent skills in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop
Creative and you have a hacker mindset
Strong marketing skills
Good knowledge of hyper casual and casual games
Knowledge of 3D software is plus
Use 2D spine is plus
