Product Manager

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to translate technical advancements into practical, user-friendly applications.
Define and refine product requirements, balancing technical feasibility, user needs, and business goals.
Lead user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to guide product development and differentiation.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences tailored to complex interactions.
Prioritize product features and improvements based on data-driven insights, user feedback, and A/B testing results.
Manage cross-functional collaboration between engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to drive successful product launches.
Handle client communications, gathering feedback, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment between product deliverables and customer needs.
Monitor key performance metrics, such as user engagement, feature adoption, and operational efficiency, to inform continuous improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and ethical guidelines.
Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory considerations to drive innovation.

Proven experience in product or project management within the technology sector.
Strong communication skills, both client-facing and internal, with fluency in Vietnamese and English.
Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
Self-motivated, data-driven, responsible, and process-oriented with a strong ability to execute.
