Manage the Operational Data Analytics Team:Lead, direct, and develop a team of at least 4 Operational Data Analysts in collecting, processing, and analyzing data related to business operations.Develop and implement data analytics models to support business decision-making.Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure data is used effectively.Share insights from data with other teams in the company

Planning and Annual AOP Creation:Participate in the company's annual planning and budgeting process.Develop the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for the Payment & Analytics team.Monitor and adjust the AOP periodically to ensure targets are met.

Experience:Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience working in cost management or data analytics.At least 2 years of experience as a team leader.Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
