Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Build up resources for searching suitable candidates for Company’s vacancies (Artist and Developers)• Suggest and use social, art sites, professional networking sites to identify and source candidates (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Skype...).• Work closely with team leader to analyze and understand knowledge of workforce within company.• Propose and implement ideas or actions to continuously improve the process and to meet targets in terms of both quantity and quality.• Build up HR network, industries network and analyze the suitable channels for recruitment strategies to attract the qualified candidates.

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in the IT field, Game industry experience is a plus.• Experience with sourcing tools and techniques.• Good problem-solving skill and negotiation skills.• Hardworking, progressive and love to communicate.• Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible.• Fluent in English skills.
