Test Automation Engineer

Analyze business requirements and actively engage in discussions with other teams to ensure a thorough understanding of business needs as well as the test strategy.
Develop Python code/libraries for unit testing the switch's functionalities, including implementing new protocols, enhancing security, and integrating cloud awareness.
Work on operating system and configuration management for switches in a customer-facing environment.
Collaborate closely with various teams such as Dev and SQA to ensure timely delivery for both testing and requirement analysis.
CRs fixing.

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
Having networking knowledge (such as CCNA/CCNP) in Layer 2 (VLAN, Source Learning, STP, RSTP, MVRP, Ethernet AOM, etc.) and Layer 3 (RIP, OSPF, BGP, IPv4/6, etc.) is a strong plus.
Experience in Python programming with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Having knowledge in C/C++ programming is a strong plus.
Understanding of test automation processes and Agile methodologies.
Experience with SVN, Jira is a plus, but not mandatory.
Good time-management skills, able to multitask, pay attention to details, and fast learner.
Possess good analytical skills and able to think in a systematic manner.
Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, especially in English. Able to express ideas clearly and concisely.
Able to work in a dynamic and ever-changing industry.
We expect a candidate to have at least 1-2 years of experience. However, we accept good candidates with 0-2 years of experience as well.
