Duties & Responsibilities
Content creation: 70%
Generate innovative and engaging content ideas for TikTok that provides practical information on topics such as common crop pests and diseases, effective pesticide use, and optimal planting techniques.
Film, edit, and produce compelling basic videos that highlight pur products and planting techniques.
Take ownership of content creation projects and deliver results independently.
Social media management: 10%
Support livestream activities: 10%
Others: 10%
Manage agri-influencers, content creators directly or via agency.
Coordinate with in-house teams and external agencies to implement digital and social media campaigns.
Any other ad-hoc job-related duties by the team.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in content marketing, social media management, digital marketing… or related fields.
Proven experience in content creation for TikTok or other social media platforms.
Experience in video shooting, editing, and mastering TikTok's trends and features.
Experienced in creating various types of content is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in front of the camera is a plus.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, agencies, influencers, and affiliates.
Able to travel for 1-2 days in key provinces to film and produce content.
