IELTS Teacher (Vietnamese Or Expat)

Role Overview:
You will not only help students to achieve targets but also equip them with skills to become
masters of their lives.
Your role will also involve contributing to the overall well-being and holistic development of
students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching and Curriculum Development:
Design and deliver engaging IELTS preparation lessons tailored to the needs of students. (provided with Total Curriculum)
Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to improve students’ listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Utilize an eclectic approach to incorporate the best practices and theories in language education.
2. Student Support and Assessment:
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages meaningful relationships and a sense of belonging.
Offer personalized support to students to address their unique strengths and challenges.
Assess students' language abilities and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Monitor students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
3. Collaboration and Professional Development:
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall educationalexperience at Total Education.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest IELTS teaching methodologies and educational trends. (We are all in this together to make it fun and work)
4. Promoting WellBeing and Total when you could:

● Bachelor’s degree in Education, or any related field.
● CELTA/TESOL/TEFL/ certification or equivalent.
● Achieved IELTS 8.0 (with at least 7.0 for each skill)
● Proven experience in teaching IELTS to students.
● Strong understanding of the IELTS exam format and requirements.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Commitment to Total Education’s philosophy and core values.
● Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
● Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners.
