Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically-oriented Technical Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your strong technical expertise to oversee the development and delivery of software products for our clients. While you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, the emphasis will be on your technical knowledge to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap with a strong focus on technical feasibility and innovation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications.
Work closely with engineering teams to provide technical guidance and ensure alignment with product goals.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery, with an emphasis on technical aspects.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on technical challenges, client feedback, and market trends.
Conduct technical evaluations, including performance benchmarking and code reviews.
Develop and maintain product documentation, including technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate with design teams to ensure technical feasibility of user interfaces.
Monitor product performance and gather technical feedback for continuous improvement.
Communicate technical updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, with a strong technical background.
Proven technical expertise in software development and architecture, including both backend and frontend technologies.
Proficiency in backend technologies: JavaScript (Node.js), Python, Go, PHP, and familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
Proficiency in frontend technologies: React, Next.js, Vue.js, jQuery, HTML, CSS.
Experience with system design, architecture, and integration.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales.
Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering technically complex products on time and within budget.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
