Digitalization Executive (Business Analysis)

Singapore International School/ KinderWorld International Group is hiring Digitalization Executive (Business Analysis) to be based in Hanoi or Da Nang with the main job responsibilities as below:
- Collaboration and Communication: translate business requirements into actionable user stories, define product scope with stakeholders, and act as a product ambassador for technical and user inquiries.
- Backlog Management: maintain and prioritize user stories for efficient, goal-oriented development.
- Product Development: partner with teams to align on product vision and create detailed specifications for seamless development.
- Customer Insights: gather feedback from users, refine features, and validate solutions.
- Team Coordination: motivate teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions and address functionality issues with QA and Support teams.
- Release Management: plan and coordinate successful product launches aligned with business goals.
- Continuous Improvement: optimize timelines, stay updated on market trends, and enhance product quality.

- University degree in the relevant field of study
- Good command of English
- Familiarity with ERP systems and domains (Accounting, Payroll, HR, Inventory, Sales, etc.); 2+ years in business analysis within Agile development preferred.
- Strong technical expertise, business acumen, problem-solving, and results orientation.
- Excellent internal/external communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Detail-Oriented: Proven track record of delivering successful products with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Odoo is an advantage.
