4+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
Strong expertise in analyzing and debugging complex software systems.
Experience reading logs, identifying issues, and optimizing backend workflows.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Experience with modern Java frameworks, libraries, and tools (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Nice to have:
Experience in supporting customer-facing applications or services is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and microservices architecture.
Experience with front-end technologies or full-stack development is a plus.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and performance tuning.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
