Talent Acquisition Supervisor (Sales And Live Streaming Hosts)

Develop recruitment plans tailored to the needs of sales and live streaming host positions, and refine the company's recruitment processes and policies accordingly.
Collaborate closely with business units to strategize, plan, address challenges, and recruit talent to meet the specific human resource requirements for sales and live streaming roles.
Expand and optimize recruitment channels to ensure they align with the company's needs for sales and live streaming talents, and guarantee the completion of recruitment tasks.
Establish and maintain a candidate database for sales and live streaming positions, fostering relationships to ensure a continuous talent pipeline.
Identify issues in the recruitment process, propose improvements to recruitment systems and procedures, and compile recruitment analysis reports. Engage in communication and exchange of recruitment processes, methods, and techniques with other recruiters to enhance the efficiency of recruitment activities.
Uphold the company's image and build the employer brand, especially in the context of sales and live streaming industries.
Complete additional tasks assigned by leadership.

Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for candidates with headhunting experience in sales or live streaming.
At least 5 years of recruitment management experience, with a preference for those with experience in the sales industry.
Proficiency in various recruitment channels and mastery of interview methods and techniques, particularly those relevant to sales and live streaming roles.
Proactive, with strong communication and coordination skills, a team player, able to work under pressure, and possessing a friendly demeanor and good professional ethics.
English as a working language, with proficiency in Chinese being a plus.
