Your Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing goals.
Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, social media posts, videos, infographics, case studies, and more.
Write and edit content that resonates with target audiences while adhering to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with other teams to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan, with a mindset to create content that engages and delivers the core values of Golden Owl.
Stay up-to-date with content marketing trends, on-going events, potential new channels and strategies, and community activities going on in the industry.
Mentor junior content creators and provide constructive feedback to improve their work.
Prepare detailed creative and content proposals, including objectives, audience insights, key themes, and content execution plans
Collaborate with design, media, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.

Must have
3+ years of experience in content writing.
Experienced in working within an Marketing agency.
Excellent command of English in writing (a must) and communication.
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
Possess a content and editorial mindset and a thirst to understand what audiences would love to read and view.
Proven success in developing and managing content strategies for multiple clients.
Enthusiastic and able to converse effectively with co-workers and customers.
Nice to have
SEO knowledge is a plus.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., CMS platforms, SEO tools, analytics platforms).
