Supply Planner

Manage and validate component cost related to order management: cancellation, quantity change.
Assess suppliers capability through KPIs which is useful for sourcing decisions and make proposal for sourcing relevant to political and trade issue.
Identify and resolve issues with suppliers during order execution: system pricing issues, labelling, logistic, system error.
Manage a team of Capacity (Long term, Mid-term and Short-term planner) and Capital Industrial Engineers to ensure sufficient capacity to support demand from start-up to end of life with lowest cost incurred.
Forecast and control budget spending for machines as well as tooling to support factory ramp up efficiently. Manage inventory of machines and tooling to ensure data integrity between system and production floor. Initiate and drive improvement projects to reduce capital investment and depreciation, hence reduce cost per unit.
Ensure factory capacity improvement to support volume upside in near term and mid-term by conducting problem solving for bottlenecks to ensure high level of product availability and capacity reliability.
Secure extra capacity to support qualification of new products and new technology. Provide solution for flexible and recovery of factory capacity in case quality issues happen. Support various What-if capacity scenarios to help General Manager make decision on output and quality trade-off.
Partner with Logistic and Commodity team to ensure machine come in and out follows inbound and outbound process smoothly to support Vietnam and other Intel factories’ need on time.
Coordinate with Module Engineer and Construction Group to facilitate all tool installation projects to support capacity need.
Continuously looking for system and process simplification to eliminate resource wasting by applying Lean concepts (structured and standardized, A3, AAR etc.)

Priority is given to people who had experienced working in brand.
A min of 5 years-experience in a demand planning/ forecasting role.
Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Can work under high pressure, hard-working and honestly, high organized
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented, with strong follow through
