BPO Specialist

Work directly with the client to clarify the requirements and provide them with a solution.
Manage and process unit pricing tasks within the client platform.
Handle income processing tasks.
Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
Complete case workflows promptly and accurately by following defined operational processes.

Experience in BPO operations (have experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus).
Strong analytical skills to calculate and update unit prices accurately.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent written, verbal English and Vietnamese communication skills, including documentation and case management.
Ability to work independently and manage case processing efficiently.
Familiarity with asset pricing, income processing, or financial transactions is a plus.
