Responsibilities:
Test E-commerce websites thoroughly using checklists and test cases.
Detects and tracks software defects and inconsistencies.
Performs bug log, evaluates bug severity and keeps track bug status.
Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve issues.
Verify cross-browser and cross-device functionality.
Ensure that all QA documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available for view.
Suggest and implement improvements to testing processes.
Some overlap with Vancouver working hours may be required for training in the first few weeks.

At least 2 years of experience in testing or a related field.
Experience with UI and functional testing.
Experience with E-commerce website testing.
Experience with QA processes, including inspection, testing and documentation.
Clear understanding of business requirements.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Responsible & willing to learn attitude
Command of English language both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
Experience with management tools like Jira, Confluence,...
Experience with website building/management systems like Wordpress, Magento,...
Familiarity with testing tools such as Qmetry, BrowserStack, and TestRail.
Able to use design tools like Figma, Adobe to help execute test cases.
