Account Manager

Representing the team to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Understand customer needs and help them better understand the product.
Find and develop cooperation opportunities and expand your network with customers and partners.
Search for potential customers and coordinate with the whole team to convert them into real customers.
Follow and understand customer's performance and provide consultant to help customers' business operations efficiently and successfully.
Listen to customer feedback, understand market needs to work with the product team to develop the product.

Understanding of the ecommerce market.
Proficient and professional writing and communication skills; ready to communicate and networking.

Patience and self-learning ability.
Ability to analyze customer feedback to contribute to product development.
