Media Sales Executive (B2B)

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for Bloomberg Businessweek Vietnam’s print and digital advertising offerings.
Identify new business opportunities by targeting potential advertisers and building a strong pipeline of clients across various industries.
Present and sell Bloomberg Businessweek Vietnam's advertising solutions to key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
Develop customized proposals and presentations to meet the unique needs of each client, maximizing the value of our media offerings.
Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring their advertising campaigns run smoothly and deliver optimal results.
Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients, ensuring both profitability and client satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze advertising campaign performance, providing clients with detailed reports and insights on key metrics.
Collaborate with the editorial, marketing, and digital teams to ensure advertising campaigns align with the publication’s content strategy.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to remain competitive in the media sales landscape.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in media sales, advertising, or business development, preferably within the publishing or media industry.
Strong knowledge of digital media and advertising platforms, with a solid understanding of print advertising.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a customer-focused mindset.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Fluency in both Vietnamese and English is preferred.
