Accountant

Perform daily accounting tasks, including data entry, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, maintaining well-organized financial records.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoice processing and payment collection.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries as required, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and procedures.
Collaborate with the U.S. team to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues.
Provide excellent customer service, professionally addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Proactively learn and train in QuickBooks, a widely used accounting software in the U.S.
Stay updated on accounting principles, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Take full responsibility for assigned tasks and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Support the onboarding and training of new team members as the team expands.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or similar role.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong teamwork and communication abilities, effective time management, and the ability to work under pressure.
Personal Attributes: High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Good command of English
Preferred Qualification:+ Professional Certifications such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent.+ Experience working in multinational companies
